Book A Session

I offer a free 30 minute video consultation before we have our first therapeutic session, to assess if I am the right therapist for you. The three aims of these consultations are to say hello and for you to share what has brought you to seek therapy, to discuss my therapeutic contract, which I’ll send you before the consultation, and then to decide if you want to proceed. If you decide at the end of the consultation that you wish to proceed then we will pencil in a first session at a regular time and location, that will be confirmed when I receive the signed contract.
