Ecotherapeutic Counselling Costs and Cancellations

My policy on costs can be seen in the paragraph below, taken directly from my therapeutic contract -

“Sessions are charged at a standard rate of £60.00, payable through bank transfer, PayPal or in cash. Payments can be made in advance or at the end of the session, in accordance with your needs. If you would struggle to pay the full fee, I can offer concessions - sessions charged at a concessionary rate would be limited to an agreed upon number of sessions, negotiated as best as possible to meet both of our needs; which can be reviewed as we go on with agreed upon changes made.”

Cancellations can happen due to all manner of different circumstances, many of which are impossible to predict. Here is my cancellation policy, as is in my contract -

“If I need to postpone/cancel a session I will endeavour to give you as much notice as possible. If you need to postpone/cancel a session, I request that you give me as much notice as possible. I reserve the right to charge for sessions cancelled/postponed with less than 24 hours notice, with  50% off of the usual cost of the session. It is both parties' responsibility to alert the other to a cancellation/postponement with an email and text message. In the event of non-attendance of a session without notice, I retain the right to charge for the session at the full cost. In the event of weather conditions that make it impossible to safely conduct sessions outdoors, the session will be moved online with a meeting invite sent to you via email.”
